Submit to our Sales Team for Ordering.

Purchase

Once selections are made and the build has been finalized we’ll proceed to the first installment and procurement of your donor vehicle.
Purchase deposit of 50% Of Total to Order Vehicle. Final Balance Upon Completion.

Contract of sale. Serial/VIN assignment.

Build Process Begins

BYOH Vehicle inspection / Repair

Photos of vehicle to be delivered to customer.
100+ point vehicle inspection.
Repair and Replace any required parts.
Test Drive.
Certification Complete.

Parts / Accessories Ordered

All required components such as seats, top and bumpers will be ordered at this time.

Paint / Body

Vehicle disassembled for paint and body work.
Painted vehicle reassembled.

CUSTOMER UPDATE

Check-In: Photos for customer record.

REASSEMBLY

Fully painted vehicle will be assembled with new parts/accessories depending on the requested upgrades.

FINALIZE BUILD

Final inspections, test drive and pre-delivery checklist completed.

CUSTOMER UPDATE (SHIPPING/TRAVEL)

Customer to be updated on final date to arrange travel for shipping/pickup.

PREP FOR DELIVERY

Vehicle moved to final delivery bay, fully washed and detailed.

FINAL INSTALLMENT PAID

Customer to submit final payment to release vehicle.

Delivery/Shipping

Customer arrives at PBS for delivery OR Vehicle released to be shipped upon customer request.
PBS Can Assist to coordinate Shipping Logistics.
Payment to be made by customer.
